General Donations
Donations made voluntarily for charitable/religious purposes are generally non-refundable. However, if a transaction was erroneous or fraudulent, please contact us within 7 days with proof of charge.
Seva / Event Bookings
- Seva bookings are subject to date/slot availability and temple schedules.
- If the temple reschedules or cannot conduct the seva for operational reasons, you may choose an alternate date or request a refund.
- Change-of-mind cancellations from donors are typically not eligible for refunds after confirmation.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at srisalasarbalaji.bangalore@gmail.com with your name, phone, receipt/transaction ID, date, and reason.
- We’ll review and respond within 7–10 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method by the payment gateway timelines.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may provide supporting records to the payment processor. We encourage contacting us first for faster resolution.
